Through working collaboratively with you, we address your ADHD symptoms, how it affects you and your personal objectives. The coaching acknowledges the biological underpinnings of ADHD and how the symptoms play out on a day-to-day basis.

I focus on coaching individuals to take the steps to accomplish your objectives, support you to turn abstract goals into concrete actions; focus on your strengths, interests and passions, and motivators.  By creating self-awareness, generating personal growth and confidence.

As part of the process, we look to build on your executive functions, understand your processing modalities, unearth your successes in life, learn emotional intelligence and ways to manage negativity and create positive thoughts.  Manage your goals, short or long, actions required, what measures need to be taken, what barriers and immobilisers are in your way, thought processes, drivers, time scale and assess impact of actioning a plan.
