If you are currently not working, you can still apply for the Access to Work scheme. You need to register as a sole trader requiring support for your business. I can help you with this.
You can claim back six months of ADD/ADHD coaching from Access to Work.
Process:
Your business, employer, or you pay me in advance and then claim back each month’s fees in arrears.

Coaching is a collaboration between coach and client to address specific needs and personal goals. I work from an understanding of the various ways ADHD affects daily life and impacts each client differently. I support my clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their unique brain wiring and also their strengths. We address the academic, vocational, emotional and interpersonal life difficulties that result from their ADHD symptoms and work together to find ways to overcome these challenges.
We create structures, support, skills, strategies and build habits to enable forward movement and a more satisfying life. I help clients to stay focused on their goals, face obstacles and address the core ADHD-related issues of:

ADHD Coaching
Through working collaboratively with you, we address your ADHD symptoms, how it affects you and your personal objectives. The coaching acknowledges the biological underpinnings of ADHD and how the symptoms play out on a day-to-day basis.
I focus on coaching individuals to take the steps to accomplish your objectives, support you to turn abstract goals into concrete actions; focus on your strengths, interests and passions, and motivators. By creating self-awareness, generating personal growth and confidence.
As part of the process, we look to build on your executive functions, understand your processing modalities, unearth your successes in life, learn emotional intelligence and ways to manage negativity and create positive thoughts. Manage your goals, short or long, actions required, what measures need to be taken, what barriers and immobilisers are in your way, thought processes, drivers, time scale and assess impact of actioning a plan.
I look to ignite your interest and work to support areas you find challenging to achieve your objectives. To make things possible when they were thought to be insurmountable.
